  "content": "## Overview\n\nVisibility combines two scores into one metric that tells you how discoverable your content is — both by traditional search engines (SEO) and by AI systems like ChatGPT and Claude (GEO).\n\n## The Visibility Score\n\nEach published document gets a score from 0 to 100:\n\n- **SEO component** — based on meta tags, keyword usage, headings, content length, and technical factors. See [SEO](/docs/seo) for details.\n- **GEO component** — based on structured data, factual clarity, source attribution, and AI-friendly formatting.\n\nThe combined score weights both components to give a single number representing overall discoverability.\n\n## Score Breakdown\n\nClick on any document to see a detailed breakdown:\n\n- **Individual rule scores** — each SEO and GEO rule scored separately\n- **Suggestions** — specific improvements you can make\n- **Priority** — which fixes will have the biggest impact\n\n## Site-Wide View\n\nThe Visibility page shows aggregate data:\n\n- **Average visibility score** across all published documents\n- **Score distribution** — how many documents are excellent, good, needs work, or poor\n- **Trend over time** — whether your visibility is improving or declining\n- **Worst performers** — documents that need the most attention\n\n## Improving Visibility\n\nThe page highlights actionable improvements:\n\n- Missing meta descriptions or titles\n- Content too short for the topic\n- Missing structured data (JSON-LD)\n- Lack of source citations (hurts GEO score)\n- Poor heading hierarchy\n\n## AI Optimization\n\nUse the **AI Optimize** button to automatically improve a document's SEO and GEO scores.
